Returns and Refund policy for Kefir Foods Customers:

Customer satisfaction is our top priority!

  1. All our items are shipped from our warehouse according to our shipping

policy and therefore we only offer refunds and credits and not exchanges.

2. All refunds will remain at the discretion of Kefir Foods. If you are not

completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us,

and we will refund or credit you – the choice is yours.

3. Please contact us to obtain our warehouse address, should you wish to

return your purchase. Please email sales@kefirfoods.co.za.

4. If you choose a credit, you will receive an email with a DISCOUNT CODE equal

to the value of your credit.  You will then have to place a new order on our

online store and use the DISCOUNT CODE emailed to you.

5. Please take note that shipping/delivery cost can unfortunately not be

refunded or credited as these are costs that cannot be reimbursed to us by

the Courier Company.

6. Item(s) must be reported and returned within 7 days after receiving of goods.

7. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition that they were sent to you.

8. All components, including packaging, must be returned in order to qualify for

a refund / credit.

9. The purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded or credited

to you once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it

meets conditions above, so please make sure you return it back to us in good

time.

10. Gift cards and SALE items are not eligible for a refund or credit or return.

11. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.

If Kefir Foods is responsible for sending damaged or incorrect items, pick up and

return delivery costs are covered by Kefir Foods. You will be asked to provide

photographic evidence for quality control purposes.
